The following two files are online supplementary materials for Meyer, Jeffries and Zheng for their contribution to Genetic Analysis Workshop 16.
Appendix A.pdf contains some technical details of the methods, and Appendix B.doc describes the bootstrap procedure and results for the five SNPs.

The following is the simulated dataset for the book chapter by Kwak M, Zheng G and Wu CO.
Simulated dataset . The following is the description of each variable: rep = replicate (only taking 1), group = case(1)/control (0), T = quantitative trait, G = genotype (0,1, or 2), and count = 1 (only taking 1). The dataset contains two traits: a binary trait and a quantitative trait. It was simulated under the additive genetic model with which the marker is associated with both traits.
